A Middlesbrough woman, only identified as "DW", hit it big on Easter Sunday when she won the progressive jackpot of GBP 597 697.86 playing the Chests of Plenty online slot game at Sky Vegas.com
 
The loot was Sky Vegas' largest non-networked jackpot ever and attracted a record number of players over the holiday weekend.
 
Speaking of her colossal win, DW said: "When the amount I had won popped up on screen I started shaking uncontrollably and felt utterly sick. It was late at night but I had to tell someone immediately so I called my partner and woke him up. Neither of us slept a wink that night!"
