CLUB4ACES ACQUIRED BY 24HPOKER

Friday, November 18, 2011 :  Changes at Entraction skin ownerships
 
There has been a change of ownership on the Entraction online poker network, with Club 4 Aces.com selling out to 24hPoker.com for an undisclosed consideration.
 
Advisories from 24hPoker to affiliates and players reveal that the acquisition has been motivated by the company's strategy to "target new markets" and is effective from October 27 2011.
 
Club 4 aces offered online poker, casino and sportsbetting across Europe and was prominent in Scandinavian countries.
 
The advisory assures player that all benefits earned playing at C4A (VIP-points, ongoing promotions, Pending bonuses, Rake Races) will be moved to 24hPoker, along with all credit balances in C4A accounts.
 
Visitors to C4A are now being re-directed to 24hPoker.com, and will be able to login with the same username and password as before the transition.
 
Entraction Holding AB was established in Stockholm in 2000, and was acquired earlier this year by International Game Technology (IGT) for $115 million. The network continues to trade under the name Entraction Holding AB as a subsidiary of IGT.
