WARNING : Crown Europe online casino

6.25.10 – The online gambling information portal Casinomeister has issued a player warning on Playtech-powered internet casino Crown Europe, an operation licensed in the Netherlands Antilles and owned by the Curacao-registered Sea Gate NV company.

If you looking to gamble online heres a list of honest online casinos.

Casinomeister’s free player dispute resolution service reported on a complaint where the casino had arbitrarily disallowed a Euro 800 win, merely refunding the original deposit of Euro 25 and claiming that “inelligible” games had been played.

The player disagreed with the decision but could not obtain satisfaction, and therefore took his complaint to the independent Casinomeister service.

The mediator from Casinomeister reports that on the numerous occasions over a month when he tried to open a dialogue with the casino management, he was thwarted by standard response communications that merely said the issue had been referred to management, who would be in contact in due course.

When pressed repeatedly for a plain explanation of its actions, the casino eventually sent the message: “We cannot provide you with any specific information regarding player's case and we are now dealing with the customer to settle the matter.”

The problem was – they were not.  The player confirmed to the mediator that he had not been contacted at all.

After some time and numerous efforts to resolve the issue, Casinomeister has warned players:

“Crown Europe is confiscating winnings and ignoring player complaints.  Customer Service generates endless generic responses but never follows through.  They claim to be dealing with the players offline when in fact no such contact is ever made.  Players are advised to exercise caution until this situation improves.”
