ARJEL will continue its suspension of Fulltilt Poker

Friday September 16,2011 :  Rekop Limited seemingly fails to satisfy French regulatory body
 
The French online gambling regulatory body ARJEL has notified interested parties that it will continue its July 4, 2011 suspension of Rekop Limited's (Full Tilt Poker) online gaming licence.
 
The decision follows a meeting with ARJEL on September 1 2011 that resulted in Rekop Limited requesting an extension of its licence suspension for fulltiltpoker.fr until September 15, 2011.
 
The decision to maintain the suspension followed a meeting this week, where reportedly information was provided by Rekop Ltd on its current position with regard to committed negotiations and "ongoing procedures".
 
No further information was divulged and no further requirements outlined for the company to apply for a reconsideration of the Authority's decision.
