Pros Excluded From Fulltilt Repayment Plan

Unconfirmed list of entities not eligible for return of Full Tilt Funds
 
Rich Muny, vice president of the Poker Players Alliance , has taken to the twoplustwo forum publicising an e-mail that apparently originates from Full Tilt Claims Administrator, the Garden City Group.
 
The e-mail, which was forwarded to Muny from an unidentified source, seemingly outlines a number of exclusions from the remission process which Muny says the Garden City Group would neither confirm nor deny.
 
According to the e-mail:
 
"The following persons are excluded from the Remission process and are not eligible for payment from the Full Tilt Poker ("FTP") Fund:
 
A past or present employee of FTP or any of its past or present affiliates; a past or present vendor of FTP that received compensation through FTP players' accounts; a past or present Team Full Tilt player;
 
A past or present shareholder, officer or director of FTP, Tiltware LLC, Kolyma Corporation A.V.V., Pocket Kings Ltd., Pocket Kings Consulting Ltd., Filco Ltd., Vantage Ltd., Ranston Ltd., Mail Media Ltd., or Full Tilt Poker Ltd.;
 
A defendant (or anyone connected to a defendant) in any civil action or a claimant in any forfeiture action or a person who has been the subject of criminal charges brought by the Department of Justice related to the violations alleged in this action, or any related action."
 
Payouts are scheduled to begin September 16, 2013.
