Challenges POC tax once again

The Gibraltar Betting and Gaming Association (GBGA) is back in the Royal Courts of Justice in London today where it will once again take on HM Revenue and Customs and HM Treasury regarding the recently implemented British place of consumption tax.

The GBGA will once again argue the legality of the tax regime in terms of European Union law.

The hearing, expected to last three days, will be heard by Mr Justice Charles.
