GigaMedia Limited appoints Dirk Chen and Casey Tung

Financial and business insight to assist in turning around weak performance
 
GigaMedia Limited announced the appointments of Dirk Chen and Casey Tung to its board with immediate effect following weak Q3 result and an undertaking by its chief executive officer to turn the company's disappointing performance around with a company restructuring programme.
 
Both Chen and Tung have extensive experience in finance and business operations.
