A British company feels there is a market for plaatform providers and operators in online gambling to have the wherewithal to create their own games.

Meta Game Universal launched a trial version of its Cargo system this week, claiming that it allows platform providers and operators to create professional casino games without programming expertise.

A company spokesman said that the system empowers users through its visual toolset, downloadable from the firm’s website. “By utilizing CargoF, development timescales are reduced, costs lowered and differentiation in the market place becomes easy,” he said.

“The online casino market is plagued with similar looking games; often to the point where players forget which website they are on. Developing good unique games has been an expensive and slow process, but CargoF changes that, and  provides the ability to "Deep Rebrand" an existing game.

“It allows games to be produced which look and feel completely different, but which have the same game maths and underlying mechanics. This is radically different from the "shallow rebranding"available via standard re-skinning systems, where players can almost always tell that the game is a copy.”

Owen Cullum, CEO of Meta Games Universal says:  "In today's casino marketplace everyone is struggling to differentiate themselves and game development difficulty is at the heart of this problem. Operators with the same content as everyone else will be inevitably involved in a classic case of a ‘race to the bottom' and it's difficult to see how they will survive that process. CargoF will change things by enabling differentiation, faster time to market and reduced costs."

Casino and Instant-Play games can be generated by the user-friendly Graphical User Interface of the product. The designer never has to care about software programming and because the game source code and executables are auto generated with guaranteed quality, it streamlines the testing and approvals process.

“We use Cargo to develop all our games available for licensing and rebranding” said Tobias Selwood, CTO of Meta Games Universal Ltd.

Platform providers using the system can provide operators with a rapidly developed differentiated library of games with reduced development costs and timescales.
