Jeff Karp departs Zynga

Another Zynga executive moves on
 
Following reports of numerous executive departures from social gaming giant Zynga, Jeff Karp who served as Zynga's chief marketing and revenue officer is the second executive to depart in just over a week following the resignation of Allan Leinwand who served as the chief technology officer of Infastructure.
 
Other high profile executives who have moved on over the past month or so include chief operating officer John Schappert, studio general manager Alan Patmore and chief creative officer Mike Verdu.
 
A Zynga statement on Karp's departure said: ”Jeff Karp is leaving Zynga, and the groups in his organization have been realigned under appropriate existing divisions.  We are grateful to Jeff for his contributions over the last year and wish him well in his future endeavors.”
