Expensive agreement, but no admission of wrongdoing required
The Black Friday settlement agreement between former Full Tilt Poker director Christopher ‘Jesus' Ferguson and the US Department of Justice has been ratified by federal judge Kimba Wood.
Ferguson has agreed to pay in $2.35 million, along with the unspecified contents of a Citibank account, but was not required to make any admission of wrongdoing or liability. He is, however, excluded from working or earning from unlicensed internet poker operations in the United States.
