Station Casinos, the parent group of Nevada online poker operator Ultimate Gaming, released its Q2-2013 overall numbers Wednesday, posting profits of 11 percent.

However, online poker observers hoping for an insight into the profitability so far of the nascent intrastate online poker activities of Ultimate Poker in Nevada were disappointed – these were not disclosed.

Chief financial officer Marc Falcone nevertheless gave a few tidbits, commenting that an entry into the new Atlantic City online gambling market was the company's next priority, in partnership with Taj Mahal Associates LLC, and that the partnership has applied for online poker licensing in anticipation of a market opening in late November.

“Ultimate Gaming’s entrance into the New Jersey market is our next step in expanding our presence in the online gaming industry,” Falcone said during a conference call.

He also revealed that operating costs associated with the launch of Ultimate Poker.com, which commenced operations just over three months ago in Nevada in a pioneering move for US intrastate online poker, had come in at $1.6 million
