Thursday, October 4, 2012 : Q3/2012 ONLINE/MOBILE AND SOCIAL CASINO DEVELOPMENTS:

Online Sector : new casino websites

www.bet-at.eu Rather dark but a professionally presented big website with full player facilities and a truly masssive gaming suite covering all genres and powered by Microgaming. The operator is NRR Entertainment Limited licensed by the LGA out of Malta – an IGC member that also has achieved Alderney licensing status.

www.betfaircasino.net A new free-to-play development targeted solely at the Canadian market from Betfair.  The website carries online casino content from Play’n GO.  Professional, and clean in design, the website offers full player services.

www.bingoiceland.com This soon to launch bingo website is owned by supermarket giant Iceland.  The site will reportedly be operated on Dragonfish software and will offer a range of 90-ball and 75-ball bingo games.  Kicking off with a 200 percent sign-up bonus, the website plans on offering supermarket vouchers along with the more traditional cash prizes.

www.bitzino.com – Very basic online casino which deals in the Bitcoin virtual currency and offers low quality, no-download software from an undisclosed source. Very little upfront info on licensing, although the owner is believed to be an American called Larry Taad, who also developed the site. Taad is trying to develop a unique selling proposition with his “provably fair software” concept.

www.casino1080.com  Online poker and casino site with download software from Beast Gaming and live dealer action from the HMY Gaming studios in Latvia. Financial transactions are channeled through Global Trading Ltd in Estonia. The site is well presented and looks professional, offering a full range of player services including the use of Bitcoin. Operator is listed as Amethyst World Trading SA out of Costa Rica, but it is believed this site has Russian connections. There’s a 100 percent SUB maxed at Euro540.

www.casino8118.com  Powered by the relatively unknown Slovakian software provider TomHorn.eu – Meracrest, this is an online casino and poker operation in the Tenuku SA stable out of Costa Rica…but the servers are with Net Solutions in Virginia in the USA, and the affiliate program is run out of the UK by one Sophie Smith. The site is average with basic services and 70 games, but little upfront information -especially regarding real licensing. One Adam Peltner from this enterprise has been shamelessly spamming the message boards recently. There are 8 European language versions, and a 200 percent SUB is on offer.

www.casumo.com  Founded by a crew of young Malta-based techies and online gambling managers headed by former Betsson account manager Oscar Simonsson, this Net Entertainment-powered operation is due to launch soon under a Malta licence. The site is unusual in its simplicity and open design, and carries 150 games. There is a large amount of space devoted to typical marketing hype, but not much in the way of specific information on the operator. Linked-In lists the company as a start-up with a staff of between 1 and 10 people.

www.CenoteFallsOnlineCasino.com A Nashville Tennessee company, DHS Holding, has seen the potential in online gambling and intends setting up an online gambling website…but at present not in the USA. One Charlie Barrett, heads up the company which has applied for Belize licencing under the name of DHS Belize Limited in respect of a site branded CenoteFallsOnlineCasino.com.  The promised website is yet to go live.

www.cityclubcasino.com Loadsabingo.com is a new Dragonfish-powered online bingo site in the market which is Gibraltar-licenced under Cassava Enterprises (888 Holdings Plc).   The simply-designed website provides 90-ball, 75-ball and High 5 Bingo variants and is currently offering a deposit GBP10 – get GBP20 Free Promo.

www.cleosviproom.com   Average quality, fully serviced website powered by Amuzi Gaming software and related to Casinoval.com. The rather dingy looking website is themed on the overworked ancient Egypt era and offers a matchplay SUB maxed at Euro 100.

www.coltpoker.com  Colt Poker, Fugu Poker and Hi Life Poker are three online poker rooms on the Revolution Gaming network (they also offer casino games from World Match) and are all owned by the Gibraltar-based firms Domain Holdings Limited and IP Limited, licensed in Curacao who is  believed to operate around 30+ online gambling websites. All have similarly professional but rather bland presentations with full player facilities, with financials through Eprifim Capital on Cyprus. They have recently been transferring all US players to Juicy Stakes Poker.com on the Revolution Gaming network for reasons unknown.

www.desfiame.es  Online casino and skill games site on the Game Account network and available in 6 European language versions including Spanish. The software appears to be a mix of IGT and Aristocrat games operated under an Alderney licence on a mediocre but well-serviced website. A matchplay SUB maxed at GBP 200 is available.

www.emucasino.com  Rather daringly, this is an online casino website apparently owned by an Aussie-based company titled Emu Group Limited through Panda Media NV, a Curacao-licensed entity that also operates Videoslots.com. The theme is very Australian-oriented, with deposits accepts in Australian currency. The no-download gaming suite comes from Microgaming, and the fully serviced website is offering a 100 percent SUB maxed at A$300.

www.futuriti.com and ru.  Russian connections but licensed through Cyber Data in Curacao and Belize, this is an online casino, sports betting, betting exchange, financial spread betting and poker site offering what appears to be a 30 game suite powered by Novomatic Novoline. The site ia at best average in quality, and was in mfact blocked by IE security during investigation. Little real upfront information on the owners and operators.

www.igccanada.com  New information website from the Internet Gaming Council trade association. The objective appears to be to keep Canadian players informed of regional developments in online gambling regulation.

www.inkabet.pe  Being touted as the first online sportsbook and casino into the Peruvian market, this new operation was assembled by Offsidegaming using NetEnt software. Ownership is not known. Cluttered, typical sportsbetting website with full services.  There are plans to introduce mobile and live dealer facilities in the future.

www.iwcasino.com  Sports betting, skill, casino and live dealer online gambling site operated and owned by Interwetten  under an LGA Malta licence and powered by Net Entertainment. The site is  busy and of average presentation, but carries full player services and comes in 10  mainly European language versions. 100 percent SUB maxed at a sensible Euro 100.

www.jackpotparty.com WMS subsidiary Jackpot Party Casino, formerly focused solely on the UK market, now welcomes players from Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Isle of Man and Guernsey as part of its expansion into Europe.

www.jpclub.tw/en  This is a Taiwanese-English online casino site with a suite of download, rather low quality games with which we are not familiar (and there is little information on this or the licensing on the website). The operator is Yago Digital Technology Company Limited, and there are links to Molo mobile services. Full player services on a rather cluttered and eye-achingly bright site, with Support only available 09h00 to 18h00 weekdays only! Representatives have been clumsily spamming the message boards.

www.kombispel.se Swedish lottery operator KombiSpel’s (formerly A-lotterierna) new website includes internet bingo, minigames and scratchcards reportedly on the Genera Network utilising the BingoFair platform powered by Microgaming.  The website is clean and workmanlike and offers players full services.

www.laromere.com  Online casino powered by Net Entertainment and owned by Romere Entertainment Limited of Curacao and Cyprus. Well presented and fully serviced website holding a Curacao licence that offers internet gambling in dollars, Euro and sterling.  Matchplay SUB maxed at a dangerously generous 1,000.

www.maxino.com  Rather cluttered online and live dealer casino website newly launched by the Nordic Gaming Group through its Maltese operating subsidiary Double Zero Casino Limited, under an LGA of Malta licence. The fully serviced and professional-looking website has a very large RNG games inventory powered by Microgaming, Net Entertainment, Leander Games and NexGen. We have not yet been able to establish where the live dealer feed comes from. There’s a matchplay SUB on offer, maxed at Euro 100 plus 10 Free Spins.

www.miragegames.be Belgian operator Mirage Games launched its Mirage Games.be website carrying a range of Flash and HTML5 casino games from Play'n Go.  Operating under a Belgian licence, the customers gaming platform is provided by Finnplay.  The website is bright, colourful and professional in design offering a full range of player services.

www.mykinplay.com
Minnesota couple Bruce and Michelle Nord are behind this card games site, with plans to launch as a fremium site in the northern hemisphere autumn 2013. No information on software.

www.naughty-poker.com   More of a peep show than a serious online poker website, this mediocre offering is powered by proprietary software which we understand originated from a software engineer called Dave Siller in Toronto. The idea is a sort of strip poker, where players who get jacks or better in a single hand get a model to remove an item of clothing. Novelty value only.

www.ovocasino.com  Also licensed in Malta by the LGA, this online casino is operated by Quasar Limited – a Novomatic firm – and uses 60-game Novomatic software on a professional looking and fully serviced website. Currently available in 6 European tongues, more language versions are in the pipeline. The operations launched in mid-March 2012. A match-play SUB is currently on offer, maxed at Euro 200.

www.planetwin365.com  Owned by SKS365 GmbH of Austria, this rather cluttered but comprehensive online sports, live bet and live casino site is licensed in Curacao via StarTech Media NV and comes in 13 mainly European and South American language versions. The in-play betting is through the ZonePlay system, whilst live dealer action is beamed from Malta’s Portomaso Casino, we believe through Portomaso Gaming’s Vegas365 site.

www.playjpm.com A new free-to-play website owned by AWP games developer JPM Interactive.  The site provides a range of popular traditional titles available for players as well as fresh content for the “casual player”.  Gives players an option to play JPMi games for real money through bet365, Betfred, Ladbrokes and 32Red.

www.pokerace.com  No download, proprietary software powers this big online poker site, which appears to be principally targeted on the Asian market and is available in English and Chinese language versions. The professional if busy-looking site is believed to be based in the Philippines and operates  under a First Cagayan licence. It has hired an initial pro team of former WSOP champ Joe Hachem, JC Tran and Nam Le. Full player facilities and a remarkably generous 200 percent SUB maxed at $2,500 is on offer. The owner is not at this stage known.

www.pokerrebel.com Little is known about a new online poker operator who has been active on industry message boards and social media sites recently promoting the imminent launch of a new online poker room branded Poker Rebel.com.  The enterprise has an English – Portuguese language site up although this will not become operational until November 1, and it offers little in the way of information regarding the software, network or owner.   There are Brazilian elements on the site that suggests the South American nation is a prime target.  The website includes a poker tutorial section, and the download software includes multi-table and sit ‘n go tourneys, along with a version of speed poker.

www.retabet.es Retail sports betting brand RETA launched into the Spanish online market via Reta Bet.es. RETA's online offering is accessible on PC, mobile and tablet platforms, and includes betting on football, basketball, tennis, baseball, Formula 1 and Moto GP amongst other sports.  Its website is clean, easy to use, professional in presentation and offers full player services.

www.suertia.es Owned by Spanish internet entrepreneur Eduardo Suertia Losilla, Suertia.es will launch into the Spanish marketing following the award of a licence from the Spanish General Directorate. Losilla is better known for his involvement in the football pool and online lottery businesses and his new online casino which will operate on proprietary software will include online betting, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, games, sportsbetting and football pools.

www.superbetpalace.com   Powered by Top Game, this online casino was originally launched accompanied by much forum spamming under the brand ‘superbet365’. There was a hasty withdrawal and rebrand when players pointed out the similarity of the title to a major UK online casino and reported the plagiarism.  Operator is listed as Peyia Limited on Cyprus. The site, which is a fairly typical Top Game template design, has full player services and comes in English and French language versions. It is taking the risk of being US-player friendly.

www.superstackpoker.com  Recent reports from players indicate that this fully serviced but mediocre online poker and casino site is having pay-out problems. Licensed by the LGA in Malta, the poker is on the troubled Everleaf network, whilst the casino is powered by Net Entertainment. There's a 500 percent SUB maxed at Euro 500 being advertised.

www.tivolicasino.dk Publicly traded company Tivoli A/S' online casino went live in the Danish market on the Play ‘n GO e-gaming platform.  A mobile version of the site is currently in development and will be launched in the near future.   The website is nicely presented and easy to navigate.

www.tuvictoria.es The surprisingly belated launch of Codere’s online Spanish offering has left it behind the first companies to take advantage of the newly liberated market.  TuVictoria.es is a non-download sportspook that additionally offers casino games using GTECH G2 software licenced in Spain.  The website is loud in design and offers the usual player services.

www.vsJack.com  Operated by Scope Pay Ltd in London, this Curacao-licensed online blackjack site is believed to have been founded by three former Bwin employees using proprietary Flash software. The game allows players to take turns at being the dealer, and the clean, professional looking site has full player services.

www.win2day.be Casinos Austria International’s online offering was launched into the Belgian market by Prima Networks Spain plc, powered by Microgaming. A pleasing, easy to navigate, clean website offering a SUB of 100 percent maxed at Euro 200.

www.xinweide.com A ONEworks-powered Asian facing sportsbook owned by BetVictor (Victor Chandler).  The website is dark, but clean and professional in presentation.  Offers sportsbetting, casino, live casino and mobile.

www.ZingoBingo.com Recently launched bingo group 15Network introduced its third online bingo site with the launch of Zingo Bingo, which joins Lights! Camera! Bingo and Showreel Bingo.  The UK-focused website offers a range of 75 and 90-ball games with tickets costing a penny up to one pound for regular weekly and monthly guaranteed giveaways and jackpots. Bearing an Alderney licence, Zingo Bingo is operated by QSB Gaming Limited (Alderney).  The website is basic and uninspiring in design.
