Three Online Gamblers Arrested in Cyprus

Three arrested and 16 computers seized
 
The Cyprus Mail reports that three people were arrested, and 16 computers and over Euro 1,000 in cash seized during a police raid in Livadhia in the Larnaca district late on Wednesday.
 
The three people – a Greek Cypriot man and woman, and a Bulgarian woman – were due in court Thursday for a remand hearing for allegedly running an online gambling facility.
 
The raid was part of a coordinated operation in Larnaca and Livadhia to clampdown on illegal online gambling, a police spokesman said.
