Paul McFeeters To Resign from Amaya Board

Names proposed replacement.

Amaya Inc. said proposed nominee for election as a director of Amaya, Paul McFeeters, will resign the board should he be reelected at the company’s upcoming annual shareholder meeting due to personal reasons unrelated to Amaya.

The board of directors intends to replace McFeeters with the appointment of David Lazzarato (60), a media and broadcast consultant who assists companies in strategy development, mergers and acquisitions and financing.
