Party Girls Clash at powerpoker Launch party

5/24/10 – The high profile Power Poker.com launch in Cannes recently  made the UK tabloids over the weekend amid reports that celebrity party girl Paris Hilton – one of the main guests at the launch party – had branded movie star and wild child Lindsay Lohan (23) a trash queen and demanded she be banned from the bash.
 
Power Poker.com partnered with the prestigious London night club, Jalouse, for the celebration which was reportedly a great party despite the LiLo banning.
 
According to The Daily Star there is bad blood between the two celebrities. The newspaper reported: Organisers of the big bash told us: ‘Lindsay was texting and calling non-stop to get an invite but she’s not really right for the brand. She’s always causing mayhem and drama and Paris didn’t want to be associated with that.’”
 
Power Poker.com celebrated the launch of its online casino, Power Vegas.com, by throwing two parties at the Cannes Film Festival. Both events, a pool party and a swish evening affair, were held on the premises of Casino Palm Beach in Cannes.
 
Among the invited – and acceptable – guests were Antonio Esfandiari, Andrew Robl and Keith Gipson from team Victory Poker, and high stakes poker ace Ilari Sahamies. The night event had almost 4 000 visitors in the Casino Palm Beach VIP Room, one of the top party venues during the Cannes film festival.
