ANOTHER ACQUISITION BY REDBET

Swedish online gaming provider Redbet Holding AB announced the acquisition of DoubleCardrooms, its second gaming site acquisition in two weeks.
 
Redbet Holding AB's subsidiary Redbet Gaming Ltd has acquired the gaming site which focuses on the Scandinavian markets through an asset deal as with its last acquisition of i4poker.
 
Jorgen Andersson, CEO of Redbet Holding AB said: "The acquisition of DoubleCardrooms is the second acquisition in a short time. Our expansion efforts consist of both organic growth and acquisitions. We are actively seeking acquisition opportunities opened up by the consolidation of the gaming market, both in new and existing markets."
 
Redbet Holding AB is the Swedish parent company in a group comprising subsidiaries Redbet Gaming Ltd and Red Sports Ltd based in Malta, and SIA Optibet based in Latvia.
