SCORECAST BETTING ON MOBILE FROM SKYBET

Online gambling firm Sky Bet has launched scorecast betting on its mobile platform to satisfy an "overwhelming demand from customers" for the service.
 
The service developed in conjunction with Swedish mobile developer Mobenga allows football fans to place a single bet on the first goal scorer and correct score of a match.
 
Scorecast betting is one of a number of recent enhancements to Sky Bet's mobile betting platform following strong growth in the mobile sector that has seen 30 percent of all bets struck with the company now being placed via the mobile channel in the past six months.
 
Sky Bet's Sportsbook Mobile Product Manager, Ben Kamara, said: "The ability to place scorecast bets quickly and easily on mobile was at the very top of our customers' wish list so we're pleased to have the new feature in place ahead of the busy Christmas schedule.
 
"Our mobile partners Mobenga have delivered a great customer experience, not only in the implementation of scorecast betting but in the development of the hugely popular Sky Bet mobile apps."
 
Sky Bet claim to be one of only two bookmakers with the capability to offer the service.
