Bwin-Party Shares Trust Donates More

Another 650,000 company shares purchased at 110.16 pence a share
 
It's been a good week for the Bwin.Party Shares Trust, a vehicle used to satisfy share awards made in accordance with the online gambling company’s remuneration policy.
 
Earlier this week the company made a donation to the Trust so that it could purchase 350,000 shares, and on Friday the group announced a further gift that enabled the Trust to purchase a further 650,000 shares at 110.16 a share.
 
The shares held by the Trust do not have voting rights.
