SPORTNCO EXPANSION ON TRACK

Tuesday October 4, 2011 : France-Pari's merged operations have Europe in mind

Spokesmen for Sportnco, the consolidated B2B sportsbook operation owned by France-Pari confirmed at EiG Milan that the company was on track with its ambitious plans to expand further into Europe through nations that are currently shaping up as regulated jurisdictions like Denmark, Germany, Spain, Belgium and Greece.

Earlier this year, France-Pari chief exec, Herve Schlosser, said the implementation of the Sportnco strategy by his company was motivated by an intention to expand into Europe with B2B activities.

"For such development, we are going to use our technological and betting know-how, that are both dedicated to regulated markets," Schlosser said. "It enables our customers to focus on marketing issues without having to bother about IT or betting issues.”
The company has strong partnerships with Itechsoft, Partouche and JOAonline, and earlier this year merged white label sports and horse racing interests under the Sportnco brand, initially in France.

The firm most recently announced plans to introduce a horseracing platform for the ARJEL-licensed and important French gambling group JOAonline, along with a sports betting-focused operation for Itechsoft Game through Netbet.fr.

France-Pari received a five year horse race betting license from ARJEL in September this year.
