Karen Bradley chosen by new PM Theresa May to run gambling oversight department.
The UK governments Department for Culture Media & Sports (DCMS), which has oversight on the gambling industry amongst other activities, has a new Secretary following the appointment by the new UK prime minister Theresa May of Karen Bradley.
Bradley replaces John Whittingdale who has lost his Cabinet post.
The new Secretary has wide experience in government bureaucracy and was formerly a Home Office minister under May when she was Secretary for the Home Office.
