Attracting attention at the EiG expo this week in Milan is the latest offering from San Francisco-based Cyberarts, a veteran industry developer perhaps best known for its scaleable online poker products.
The centrepiece of the Cyberarts presence in Milan is Big Boat Bingo, a comprehensively designed online game that uses the social gaming phenomenon of sites like Facebook to access players and perhaps convert them to more conventional internet gambling activity.
The company's vid at punts the appeal of 750 million users of the Facebook site, with some 400 million of them actively interested in gaming and spending around $3 billion a year on their choice of action.
