BETFAIR CHOOSES MKODO FOR MOBILE SERVICES

New services in the pipeline for mobile channel offering
 
Mobile gaming specialist mkodo announced that it's Intelligent Mobile Platform has been selected by online betting exchange Betfair in a partnership that will see the creation of new services in Betfair's next generation mobile channel offering.
 
The mkodo team will initially build the service using its Portal Builder product hosted within the Betfair environment.  Once set up, updates will then be taken over and made in-house by Betfair.
 
Mark Gibson, mkodo's BDM, comments: "We are delighted to have been selected by Betfair. We have found that betting and gaming operators are not looking for a ‘one size fits all' solution but rather for a modular product suite that works within the real commercial world of their individual environments and that enables differentiation. This is what mkodo offers."
 
Betfair identified its expansion on the mobile channel as a key focus and recently launched mobile applications for iPhone and Android devices.
