Carbon Poker the first with version 6.0, launching on June 1st

Merge Poker Network flagship site Carbon Poker has announced that it will be launching the new version 6.0 software on June 1st, giving players new and improved facilities.

Among the enhancements is a new filter that enables players to manipulate the games list to individual preferences. The first is a quick ‘selector' style filtering which allows the player to follow filter choices as these are made, with the game list automatically updating as various filter options are selected, with each  selector is highlighted.

The new advanced filter provides fine control over every aspect of the game types offered, enabling the player to set the game type from a drop menu and the set specific stakes using a convenient slider bar.  Each variation of game is given it's own dedicated check box so the user can exclude options that are of no interest.  Players can additionally filter information using specific table statistics such as ‘Average Pot', ‘Players per Flop' and ‘Hands Per Hour.'

Version 6.0 offer a new search field that gives the user the flexibility to search multiple variables quickly and easily. Search options now include the ability to search on specific table names or tournaments, specific player nicknames, player tags and personal player notes.

Games list expanders are also improved. Each game listed has a small arrow to the left of the name; clicking the arrow expands the game / tournament selection to display a variety of information about that particular game / tournament.  For example, clicking the expander arrow on a cash game will display information such as the players current at the table and the players in the waiting list, along with a small image of the table and the ability for users to ‘Sit Down' directly from the game list.

For Tournaments, the expanded window displays a basic tournament lobby that has the tournament details listed, such as start time, registration time and number of players currently registered.  Players can also click on the ‘Lobby' button to be taken to a more detailed lobby display, or they can register directly from the expanded game list.
