6/18/10 – Despite entering for several events, gold continues to elude internet phenom
 
As the 41st World Series of Poker thunders into its third week, the more recognisable top pro names remain largely absent from the winner lists, although not for want of trying, with a slew of top players in the business appearing on a diverse range of event entries.
 
Internet high stakes phenom Tom Dwan, racing to claim his first bracelet and hoping to scoop some reportedly big side bets in doing so, has so far not managed to achieve his goal as the halfway mark is passed.
