Kansspelautoriteit Reaches Agreement on unlicensed gambling advertising

Undertake to decline advertising from unlicensed gambling operators

Dutch gaming authority Kansspelautoriteit has reached agreement with various media houses on declining advertising from unlicensed gaming operators in the run up to the introduction of a new Remote Gaming bill

Media groups who have agreed to participate comprise:

The Affiliate Networks Platform Netherlands (PAN)
Eredivisie Media & Marketing C.V.
FOX International Channels Netherlands B.V.
Kansspelautoriteit
RTL Netherlands B.V.
Sanoma Media Netherlands BV
SBS Broadcasting B.V.
Television Advertising Foundation (Ster)

The authority said it hopes to expand the number of participants involved in the covenant.
