Microgaming corrects MegaMoolah jackpot Error

Recent Mega Moolah winner cracked it at Spin Palace, says software provider

Last week's widely misinterpreted press release from an internet gambling operator regarding a major progressive jackpot win, which appeared to indicate that Blackjack Ballroom had been the venue, has been clarified by a statement from software provider Microgaming advising that the $4.1 million jackpot was in fact hit at licensee Spin Palace Casino.

The win, which is the biggest in the industry so far this year, will be paid out to the winner in one cash tranche, the software company confirmed this week.

Microgaming CEO Roger Raatgever said, “I am delighted that the Mega Moolah progressive jackpot has been hit again and can confirm that it was won by a player on the Spin Palace Casino.”

The jackpot has been re-set on Mega Moolah and as InfoPowa went to press had reached over $1.5 million.
