Will tokidoki slots eventually find their way into the online and mobile environment?
 
By 2015, some of International Game Technology's new land slots will feature a trendy fresh theme based on the booming tokidoki lifestyle brand, according to an announcement Thursday.
 
The US supplier has licensed the "wildly popular" tokidoki brand to develop compelling casino slot machine content, and is to launch new tokidoki-themed games starting in 2015 at select casino properties in Singapore and Macau.
 
IGT will also make its tokidoki-themed games available in additional casino markets throughout the world.
 
"Asia presents such an important market growth opportunity for IGT, and with the licensing of the incredibly popular tokidoki lifestyle brand, we will develop a compelling series of market-attuned games to generate massive excitement among players," said Joe Sigrist, IGT vice president for game development.
 
"With our strong focus on developing games that appeal to international audiences, based on themes and game dynamics that resonate regionally, we're very pleased to launch tokidoki for players in Asia, particularly in Macau and Singapore."

Themes created and developed by tokidoki include Moofia, Donutella & Her Sweet Friends, UnicornO, Cactus Friends and Punkstar.
