Improved capabilities to focus on developing and growing interactive platforms
 
WMS Industries will enhance its B2B game server and interactive content distribution with the acquisition of online gaming content provider Jadestone Group AB for an undisclosed consideration.
 
Termed as a "tuck-in" acquisition, Jadestone capabilities will enhance WMS' portfolio of gaming content, online products and content distribution for online gaming companies while accelerating its strategy of further developing a suite of interactive products and services.
 
Jadestone primarily services customers in Europe which include Betfair, Betsson, bwin.party, Microgame, Paf and Unibet amongst other high profile gaming companies.
